The new EExPress from Parker Lucifer is a bus manifold
for pneumatic actuator control with EEx ia pm protection.
Designed for use in Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous
areas, the manifold uses the Profibus DP Protocol,
and is available with optical fibre or copper connections.
Up to thirty two 5/2 solenoid valves, eight sensor
modules, or any combination of the two can be supplied
on one manifold requiring one bus address.
If you require a valve island for a hazardous area
application, then the Lucifer EExPress is the answer.
